Unified communication for UiTM as a whole should be already completed by now, since the beginning of the LAN infrastructure upgrade to 10G it is comewith.
Before this idea materialized a few components are required to start the activity
1. AV exchange
2. Stream Exch
3. Agenda for media to populate
4. Target users
Priority from the bottom up!
Suggestion for Unified Communications must be done from the base
Without the whole understanding of the current infrastructure and the availability of known handles, this may not take off
